CEO- David Fogarty
David Fogarty, PhD, MBA is a seasoned Fortune 100 chief data and analytics executive. He is also the Founder of SEB Maxico AI, which is an AI startup firm focusing on developing patented AI solutions related to drones, pets, healthcare and IoT
David most recently worked for Cigna/Evernorth for 15 years as their Enterprise Marketing, Technology and Digital Analytics Leader.
David also worked for 20 years at the General Electric Company and has held quantitative analysis leadership roles in the various business units of the company across several functions including risk management and marketing both internationally and in the US.
David has over 10 US patents or patents pending on business analytics algorithms and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Quality which is the highest qualification within the Six Sigma Quality methodology.
David is the recipient of the 2023 AI100 Innovators Award which is a prestigious annual award that recognizes and celebrates the achievements of individuals and organizations that have made significant advancements in the field of Analytics & AI in enterprises.
David is a best-selling author with over 50 published research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals and has published four books. His research interests include: how to conduct analysis with missing data, the cultural meaning of data, integrating machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms into the statistical science framework and many other topics related to quantitative analysis in business. He is currently working on a fifth book describing how to manage big data as an asset.

Daniel is a global executive with a background in a variety of industries. He has worked extensively across the value chain from ground up business to unit operations.
Daniel’s experience in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments brings a unique prospective to the team. Prior to Global Decision Enterprises, Daniel was employed by a large publicly traded it consulting firm where he managed the expansion of their business in North America. With over 30 years’ experience he brings proven experience to lead our team.
